I am a working mother who has passed through all systems imaginable to get in shape and stay healthy, always thinking that it was a struggle to do so.
Having had a bad brushing with cosmetic surgery, I finally turned to natural healing therapies to heal my scars. After a long and arduous path of studying different systems of exercise, nutrition and hands-on therapies, I fell in love with Holistic Health Coaching. This coaching system enabled me to integrate all that I offer under one roof.
I received my training to practice as a Holistic Health Coach at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York, which is the only nutrition school integrating all the different dietary theories—combining the knowledge of traditional philosophies with modern concepts like the USDA food pyramid, the glycemic index, the Zone and raw foods. With this training and with my 'formal' personal experiences, I mentor people in finding their own individual balance around their primary (relationships, career, exercise and spirituality) and secondary (food and drink) foods by using the macrobiotic principles of George Ohsawa as understood by the many great macrobiotic teachers I had the opportunity to study with over the years.
I have also studied, but most importantly live the yoga lifestyle which I have taught and shared with others for the past 15 years. My approach is simple and mostly based on becoming one with your true nature through stillness and movement.
Healing Massage therapy is also another love of mine. A great gift given to me, it enables me to make the receiver feel better physically and emotionally.
